Danny was concerned about his ability to attract the right renters for his more expensive rental properties. He believed that he needed to list the properties on the MLS to find high-income tenants. However, each time he did so, he received a high volume of calls and texts from realtors and felt overwhelmed by the amount of questions he received. Additionally, he was worried about the cost of photography and MLS buyer agent expenses, which were eating into his profit margin.
His foreign investors were ready to deploy capital, but Danny needed to validate that he could place the right tenants into the home quickly.
Objectives
Attract the right renters for his expensive B2R properties in a cost-effective and efficient manner. His goal is to validate his ability to place the right tenants into the homes quickly, in order to satisfy the needs of his foreign investors and maintain a profitable business.
